Talking helps. Talking helps a lot. Lately I’ve been internalizing e ver y thing and that’s obnoxious. I should talk more about my feels. I’ve been considering writing on paper and then burning the paper as a sign of goodbye and good riddance to negative feelings. I keep meaning to burn the paper where I wrote a general outline of my childhood sexual abuse.

Burning things makes me feel good???
